Patriot Act gets 4 more years

Constitutionally speaking, the American people are guaranteed protection against illegal search and seizure. On Thursday night, just before midnight, President Obama extended the law for another 4 years. Yes, Osama Bin Laden is dead, but can his demise be contributed to the Patriot Act?

The Federal Government claims the law allows the government to keep under surveillance known and potential terrorist. Okay, that makes sense, but a clear and defined definition of who terrorist is fails to be revealed.

On that list she strongly identified any one patriotic to the Constitution of the United States, Bill of Rights, Declaration of independence, and the Holy Bible (Christians and Jews), veterans and other patriotic American. Of a lesser focus, those of other religious identifications clearly using anti-American rhetoric.

It is clear the Federal Government believes the people serve the government, not the government serves the people. It is also quiet obvious even to Liberal Democrats, dangers are escalating rapidly through the unspecified use of the Patriot Act as identified in this exert.

    “Two Democratic critics of the Patriot Act, Sen. Ron Wyden of Oregon and Udall of     Colorado, on Thursday extracted a promise from Senate Intelligence Committee     chairman Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., that she would hold hearings with intelligence     and law enforcement officials on how the law is being carried out.

    Wyden says that while there are numerous interpretations of how the Patriot Act     works, the official government interpretation of the law remains classified. "A     significant gap has developed now between what the public thinks the law says and     what the government secretly claims it says," Wyden said.”

Senator Rand Paul lost his fight for amendments to the law. Let us all hope he was incorrect in his stance. If he was right, illegal search and seizure will likely escalate  in search of assumed threats.

Changing State Drivers License May Be More Challenging Than Expected

Relocating to a different state of primary residence can be a challenge filled with anticipations and expectations. “Do it yourself” moving trucks and trailers and Commercial movers enter states bringing new residents daily. The state of Tennessee is no exception.

Getting personal belongings into that new residence can be an extreme relief, but don’t rest just yet. New residents have 30 days to change their driver license to the new state. If you do not have the necessary paperwork, this may not be a quick and easy task at most Department of Motor Vehicles, Drivers License Division.

Usually to operate a vehicle using a regular operator’s license, you will need to present this paperwork:

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship Or Lawful Permanent Resident

A U.S. Birth Certificate, U.S. Passport, I-551 / Permanent resident card, etc.

• Proof of Temporary Legal Presence

Conditional Resident Alien Card (I-551), Temporary Resident Identification card (I-688), Employment   Authorization Card (I-766), Valid Foreign Passport with Visa & Valid I-94, etc.

• Primary Proof Of Identity

Certified Birth Certificate, Military ID Card, Passport, Valid Driver License or ID Card issued by another stated, etc.

• Secondary Proof of Identity

SSN Card, Work ID, Voter Registration Card, School ID

• Proof of Any Name Changes If Different Than Primary ID

Certified Marriage Certificate, Divorce Decree, Certified Court Order, etc.

• Two Proofs of Tennessee Residency with Your Name and Resident Address (Current)

NO P.O. BOXES - Utility bills, Vehicle Registration/title, Bank Statement, LES Statement, etc.

• Social Security Number

SSN Card, Paycheck stub with SS# and Name, IRS Forms, etc.

These are some of the required paperwork for Tennessee. Drivers license and Tennessee Identification Cards. I you are transferring a CDL, INCLUDE A CURRENT MEDICAL CARD.

Unfortunately, most states are following similar mandates handed down by the Federal Government. Information demanded by the Department of Motor Vehicles in many states, is not being keep in that state if it is demanded by the Fed's. This accumulated information is not laying idle. It will be used in some manner, and likely without the citizens permission or knowledge. How much information is too much information for the Fed's?

On Thursday, May 19th, President Obama addressed the nation with a Middle Eastern speech. It is questionable as to his goals and intention, if the speech is read in text. There are some glaring irregularities through out his presentation, and that is what it was, a presentation. The focus of his speech was the problem.
Though his focus was on the clashes between the Palestinians and the Israelis, he failed to relay to the world the views and position of the majority of American people. From beginning to end, he squarely supported the Palestinians. Yes, President Obama made mention of rockets falling on Israeli neighborhoods, but failed to clearly identify the culprits and the hatred behind them.

In addition, he failed to clearly mention the fact; Israel is surrounded by hostile countries on every side dedicated to “driving them into the sea.” This is a fact constantly ignored by him and his administration. Does his ignoring this detail make it any less a threat, certainly not. Ignoring statements of this magnitude does make the idea of successful negotiations for peace, little more than another war cry.
President Obama should be questioned directly and asked to explain this statement: “As for security, every state has the right to self-defense, and Israel must be able to defend itself – by itself – against any threat.” Where is the unity, support or solidarity with Israel in this statement? He seems to be telling, Israel you’re on your own.  It must be noted, this statement is consistent with other positions take by his administration concerning Israel.

The question should be asked if President Obama got the Nobel Prize for Israelis’ future destruction. If not, why would a Nobel Prize Committee member say; “For the work you are going to do.”
 

How Can Israel Gain If Herman Cain is President

America has developed an increasing desire to have hope for the future. This desire is not limited to the United Stated; it is also in the country of Israel. Has there been a growing dread with the Obama administration? Yes, and all across the Middle East, but for different reasons.

Former President George W. Bush left a war in Iraq and Afghanistan for the President of Hope and Change; Barrack H. Obama. This is the man as Senator Obama and Presidential candidate Obama condemning every move by the Bush administration as being a waste of time and military man power. Then, he bought the presidency with a billion dollars worth of small, untraceable, donations. Suddenly, Barrack H. Obama is President of the United States. Now fast forward to May 2011.

President Obama has invested over two years of his life as President of the United States. For the better part of two years he has shown the American public the depressing reality of his “Hope and Change”, leaving little more than change in millions of American pockets. With the help of a Democrat controlled House and Senate, America is being fleeced on every turn in the name of what ever democrats deem pertinent.

However, the Congressional elections of 2010 saw the end of many Democrats political careers. This occurred mainly because the truth of  “Hope and Change” was a socialist / Communist agenda from the White House down. This conservative sweep was no fluke, and President Obama’s advisors immediately flew into action applying damage control. Sorry, too late, America knows what is leading the country.

May 2011 became a month of undeniable revelations. President Obama offers another birth certificate which under close scrutiny looks as fake as the first. Millions of union workers are finding themselves out of work, unless they are employed by the auto industry or one of the governments pet projects. Israelis’ Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu has to endure a belittling speech and meeting with President Obama. And, pizza mogal and talk show host Herman Cain throws his hat into the ring for President of the United States. Now Obama has a problem.

Who is this Herman Cain guy?

He is not as Joe Bidding or Harry Reed described Barrack Obama; “clean and articulate”. He is not a community organizer hoping to paralyze the productive of an entire nation. He is not a man seeking to conceal his birth, college records, family origins and heritage. He is also not a democrat making the same old promises and delivering progressively increasing pathetically dismal results claiming its good for America.

He is the founder of a successful pizza chain supplying a product in demand across the country. He is an entrepreneur with innovative ideas and a credible work ethic. He is a strong, God fearing Christian. He is a BLACK MAN, not a hyphenated American. He is a CONSERVATIVE. And, describes himself as an, “A. B. C.”

 What is A. B. C.?

The answer will cause any minority Americans seeking to be recognized for nothing beyond the color of their skin much discomfort and frustration. It has been said his A. B. C. means; A-merican, B-lack, C-onservative. He is an American, a black man, and conservative in his politics and life. This is a seldom recognized American segment of society. Popular media and democrats would have the world believe, the majority of blacks are Democrats, that is not exactly true.

Now, imagine Benjamin Netanyahu sitting down with a black President of the United State, politically opposite from Barrack Obama. Imagine this man supporting Israel as an independent and threatened nation. Imagine the Palestinians demanding Israel give them land for a nation of hate. The results are not  likely to be to their liking.

What does Herman Cain bring to the table? True hope and real productive change. He understands business and business strategies. He also understands what it takes to put people back to work and the value of a strong America. Just these qualities alone, makes having him President of the United States more promising than what is currently in the White House.

ACLU Ultimate Fruits Should Be Known By Its Roots

A well known organization who claims their mission to be, “To defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed to every person in this country by the Constitution and laws of the United States.”

The organization, a spin-off of the National Civil Liberties Bureau which began during the World War 1 era, by Crystal Eastman and Roger Baldwin is today know as the infamous American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).

In 2010 the membership had scored to over 500,000 members. The organization claims they take no government funding and that their finances are covered entirely by their membership fees and from certain court cases. Each member pays twenty-dollars per month to belong to this notorious group. A large part of the members time is spent lobbying in DC. The ACLU geographically spans the United States, and deals beyond the US borders.

Crystal Eastman, set out to accomplish women’s rights and co-authored a Liberated newspaper with her brother Max. She married an Englishman who remained in London when she commuted to New York to attend to her duties. Between 1919 and 1920 she was banned from the social scene in the New York area which was attributed to her radical behavior in the process of gaining freedom for women which would allow them to vote.

Felix Frankfuter, an Associate Justice of the US Supreme court originated from Austria. He remained on the Court until his death in the late 1960’s. Frankfuter was a lead man in the developing process of the ACLU.

Roger Baldwin, who was a CEO on the National Civil Liberties Bureau, worked closely with Frankfuter and Eastman during the birthing process of the ACLU, Baldwin’s dream child. At the birth of the organization Baldwin made a conclusive statement, “Communism, of course is the goal.” He later authored the book, Liberty Under the Soviets. He died in 1981 after just months earlier receiving an honor of freedom from President Jimmy Carter.

The ACLU claims their purpose is to “defend freedom of speech, assembly and religion.”

Ironically their purpose is not justifiable. In Florida recently an elementary school girl and her mother were passing out pencils on the school grounds which had an inscription, “Jesus loves me this I know, for the Bible tells me so.” The little girl was punished by the school officials and her mother was asked to leave the grounds. The mother did as she was asked, but driving home she was stopped by two separate police officers. Prior to that incident, two school officials at another school in Florida prayed before receiving a meal at a sports banquet and were jailed and fined after the Florida ACLU was alerted.

Defending freedom of speech, assembly and religion seems to be the initial problem with both incidents.

The organization has caused an upheaval over the Christmas greeting, “Merry Christmas.” It is also noted that they are strongly encouraging the government to remove In God we trust from American money. It is against their standard to associate with any aspects of religion or Christian belief, unless in a derogatory manner- however, they claim to defend Christian freedom and their values.

The ACLU is a strong supporter of the woman’s right to cause pregnancy to end in abortion at the hand of a “qualified” abortionist. Lately they have involved themselves in the equality for gays, which includes same sex marriages.

Their mission remains, “To defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed to every person in this country by the Constitution and laws of the United States.”

The mission applies, to anyone in this country, as their mission states, providing those persons have no Christian values.

Death of Osama Ben Laden

Osama Ben Laden is reported to have been shot in the head by U.S. Military Forces. It is being reported he was killed in a mansion in Pakastain. Before he became the most wanted terrorist in the world and the Master Mind of the attack on the United Stated on 9/11, it is suspected he worked for the United States against the Soviets in Afghanastan.

Osuma Benlauden is dead or so they say

At 10:51 P.M est. it was announced Osama Ben Laden is dead. If this is correct, he has been one extremely successful survivor with bad kidneys. That's correct. Ben Laden was reported to have been in need of regular treatments for kidney disease. However, there is a more serious problem.

If Osama was killed on May 1st 2011, he has now become a mortar for the cause of those hating Jews and Christians. These radical Muslims will now increase their efforts to destroy those they hate, now for a new reason and with new resolve.

Also, if his death was the result of a U.S. or NATO attack, it can be expected an increase in Radical Muslim attacks. Countries such as Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan and the Philippines, just to mention a few, are now in the cross hairs. This is not imply the United States, Great Britain and other industrialized countries are in the clear, is not to be assumed.

WCBS NEWS stated Osama Ben Laden is dead and the UNITED STATES ARE IN POSSESSION OF HIS BODY. If this is a fact, the UNITED STATES will be blamed. If it is correct, all well and good.
A new question does present itself.

Why is he suddenly dead when Obama is facing a steadily decreasing popularity. Is this announcement timed to lift the popularity of Obama. This may be a far-fetched idea, but a body on ice can remain preserved for a very long time.


Regardless, new troubles have now bloomed with this news.
